We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these 3 easy steps to return any portion of your order in accordance with our Return Policy.

1. Reply to your order confirmation email and specify which items(include product name, SKU, or product website link) you want to return. Also, please include reasons for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or a replacement item.

The customer experience specialist will process your request. If you send the product to any other address, there will be no refund.

2. If the return is not due to product quality issues, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original package. ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.

3. Before shipping, please take pictures of the inside and outside of the packages as records to show that products are indeed in their original condition.
