1. Within 1-2 working days after the order is successfully shipped, we will send your order tracking number to your registered email address by email.

2. Please note that custom-made products require a production lead time of approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item. Once production is complete, we will send you detailed photos and videos of the finished product for your confirmation. Upon receiving your approval, we will proceed with shipping immediately and provide you with the tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

3. The transaction value of the order already includes the cost of the product and transportation. We are irresponsible for any other cost that may be charged by Customs for any international delivery.

4. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be issued. You will be able to monitor the delivery status through the carrier’s official tracking platform. The tracking information will be sent directly to your email address for your reference. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer service.

5.We apologize that the P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO)can not be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a note when you place an order. For example, if your address is in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.
