Under what conditions can I receive a full refund and return the product?Updated 6 months ago
Within 30 days after receiving the order
If there are any production defects, you can return any lighting equipment or related products for a 100% refund plus the freight you pay for the return.
NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.
If there is no production defect, you just want a different size or change your mind, you can still return it. You will be responsible for the freight. You need to pay the freight to ship it back to China and ensure that the product is sealed in its original packaging and is in a resale state. Once we receive the product and confirm that the product is in a new/unused state, we will deduct the freight we paid for this package from the refund.
NOTE: After 30 days, we do not accept returns or refund requests for any reason, so please check your product within 30 days of receiving the package
